Edit: Yep, it kills alright. But only if you can catch the people while it's shooting, again for some reason it stop creating bullets a couple seconds in to firing.
I couldn't kill anyone with it, are you using the same settings you supplied in your post and do you need to shoot from the back while crouching?
Heh, see in the post I made the damage was set to
zero ![Smiley :)](https://static.forums.soldat.pl/Smileys/classic/smiley.gif)
Just to keep any silly things like death from ending an experiment.
To xtishereb, that chainsaw glitch I came up with all on my lonesome. In fact many people have come up with it on their lonesomes; all stemming from the fact that the chainsaw (and fist) are some really odd object generators.
Just a quick line on the chainsaw, it (as far as I can tell) generates then destroys the bullet it fires; the distance from the gun is determined by it's speed.
To answer a general question, the 'insight' into coding is like treating Soldat as a black box. We don't know how it works, but we know how it should. When something goes wrong, we know what goes wrong and what the variables were in that experiment; thus by seeing the LAW do an unexpected attack when using shotgun pellets firing backwards gives insight into coding.
To L0n3W01f; this doesn't fire straight, or LAW bullets (hint: try it yourself).
