Wc3 script [request]

I think it would be awesome! (Kinda stolen from Counter-strike but anyway)
The script is supposed to save kills (or points) in experience and increase things such as damage (of a certain weapon), invisibility (not total), nade damage (explosion area) and perhaps some thing more i dunno (in some kind of a level system). You (if its possible) shall be able to choose race. And whit a simple command as "!changerace"... well change race. That's it mainly there are some other things really like teleport but it would be cheating in soldat..
Its hard coding i know. But i don't know a sh*t about that advanced coding. So guys is it possible for you to gather ur forces and make a great step into soldat evolution? It might need source code i dunno so it might not be possible to create but i hope...
