they're essentially the same though port forwarding is usually used to describe the action of having a router take an incoming connection to a certain port and forward it to a computer on the local network.

Please don't post thread topics in all caps.  Please also use more descriptive titles like "port tester fails" not "I HAVE SECOND QUESTION"
