Child Boards

In an effort to clean up the homepage, I am moving a few forums to be children boards of others.  Here I will detail the changes I make.  I will also work with Elephant Hunter to fix the theme so that it looks better. 

So far I've moved (this will be updated as I move things)
Sin bin to be a subforum of Forum News and Support

isn't that the reason for the subforums? You might as well make all this stuff a part of the lounge, and all  of the soldat related sections a part of the General Discussions.

A good idea, but it doesn't seem to work with the active topics yet, I think.

You're right.  I'll talk to EH about fixing the theming and the active topics page before I start using this.
