There is no need to create another topic about this.There were at one time several alternatives while the lobby server is down. The list is much shorter now. The lobby should never falter, but if it does, you can make use of:
The only other thing you can do when the lobby servers are down is wait. Please don't bother making a thread just to complain about how the lobbies are down.
