Thank you flab, I hate going to third party slow servers to download demos and am planning on posting a few demos myself pretty soon. :)

Can anyone think of other formats that I should have enabled but don't?

sdm's compress well. You should have them ziped on the server after upload.

Don't exe's usually also have other needed files for the program, like .ini's, and can't exe programs be pretty big, too?  I think executables should only be allowed when they're compressed in zip / rar archives.

compressing exes usually doesn't gain much of anything (look at the soldat installer, for example.  Barely compressed at all)

I'll consider allowing exe files, but I don't know how much of a need for them there is

Is there a specific reason that .sdm files cannot be attached to a post using the forum upload system? I suspect it is because they may be too large files, but I could be wrong ???
Thanks babe ;)

I was actually kidding about adding .exe, some kids could posts stupid viruses. Not that any sane person would open them, but well.. you know...
