if you didnt make the mod, rather just cannibalize it, BUT you give all the credit would that still be postable?

like say an explosion from 1 mod, the gosteks from another, a weapon mod from 1, then add 2-3 weapon skins

Even with credit you still must fetch permission from each mod's creator, especially if you plan to publicly release a mixed-and-matched version of them.
