Very nice indeed!
Although I'd say it's silly to use the word Weaponry... because it's the only reason the box is stretched that way... especially after using HP as an abbreviation for Hit Points...
Little suggestion: change HP to Health, change Weaponry to Weapon and move the ammo count to the space between Weapon and Jets.

Yeah, well the names got a bit.. odd. Also I realized it's quite clumsy to the size, might go for something less tall but wider next time.. I'll fix the words though, but I prefer making a completely new one instead of changing stuff like size.. :/
thought actually of having the ammo count above jets but I wasn't sure of how good it would look so I put it on the ammo instead..

You could change "Weaponry" to "Arm", that might make it more compact. I think it might also look nice if you added the word "Ammo" next to the bar and counter.
Other than those tweaks, I think this interface looks nice. The background is great, nice use of .PNG transparency.

I love those bars and their backgrounds. Yeah, Arm instead of Weaponry sounds a lot better, especially since it is very reminiscent of the old Doom days.
The bottom big info console in which everything resides looks pretty good altogether. It doesn't really create a blindspot and looks pretty great.

edit: The only thing I don't like is the crosshair. It doesn't look noticeable enough.

Thanks for your comments, I've changed weaponry to arm now on demand and tweaked it a bit, also added a new crosshair, I don't know if it's better, but I hope it is.

Good graphics, just needs a better layout and design. The crosshair can also use an improvement, but the whole thing is definitely not bad at all!
