Server crash due to NR service error

Recently my servers started crashing due to this error: "NR-Service: Could not connect to Authentication Servers. (Thread creation error: Die Ressource ist zur Zeit nicht verfügbar)" Enesce, have a look please.

I think you can disable NR from server.ini if it's causing you problems.

Yes I can but that's not the point. It's a useful feature and I want to use it, without crashing the servers.
