I looked in the help topics.. what the hell is safe mode?? Reinstall firefox.

Umm.. I dont use FF and I have no idea what "safe mode" is, but a google search on "firefox + "safe mode"" (first hit) read that it was a debug thingie for FF that disabled all extensions.. And to use it you would start FF with the parameters: "-safe-mode"
like this:

"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode

so, check youre shortcut :)

In my start menu there is a folder called "Mozilla Firefox" that the install created. In there, there are two .exe files:
"Mozilla Firefox" and "Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode)"
duh?
