From the General Discussions forums, there was a poll on which removed map was the favorite. After discussing this, I came up with the suggestion to make a map pack with all the removed maps, as well as the original versions of any remade maps. I would do this myself, but for one I don't know all the maps that have been changed, so I would probably miss some, and also I am in Canada at the moment, and this computer is for internet use only.
So, many thanks to anyone who can put together such a project. I figure it would be as easy as downloading old versions of soldat and collecting the maps.
