I now just remember what map it was on but as for the name, I forget what the name of it was. All I know was that this was a pretty heavy moment which lead my ffc to score. I know that usually when I play, I play as the decoy plainly named decoy of course. And among those things, I play the roll of an assassin with the use of stealth in sight and sound (equip w/ rugar and knife) as well as a guard of the friendly flag carrier (equip with m79 and socom). Thus I approach the situation with the anticipation of death at my doorstep (which is why I drop a nade upon my death as a surprise. =P)
But this moment was beyond belief. I was unaware that I could be of service while dead and not playing an actual spy. But to my surprise I was. This was in a realistic server meaning that everything within your blind spot lies either behind solid barriers and behind you. I died in a moment of guarding my flag carrier while getting either one or two kills; I don't exactly remember. Anyway, once I died my flag carrier was literally a sitting duck ready to be assaulted from blind spots. Usually I would report immediately where the enemy was approaching from like "inc low" and such but I was only speaking through the ffc's eyes at that moment.
Now honestly I don't know weather I told him in the precise moment when to move or he might have heard it himself but when I told him where to move, he moved. I do remember guiding him before he looked to where he was to go though. "FFC, Go up." "Now" He flew up avoiding the dagger meant for him while looking down. Glad he took it upon himself to fire as well, killed him dead =P. "Watch out below" With that, he anticipated where the enemy approached was from a platform he was to dismount off of and fired a few shots from below the platform he jumped off of and killed him. His sight was to his top left. "Behind you." He turned and was able to avoid the worst of the 1 hit kill that awaited him that moment. And I believed that I caught him once more. I can remember more so three words of caution than four. But right when he returned to base, I spawned, ready to take up a different roll and retrieve the flag. Often I would equip a flank cannon and a law for that but while caught in the moment, I went forward with my usual m79 and ussocom, expecting that the person I killed and the first that he killed would return moments after.
