How can i make new weapons?

Is there a program for it?How can i shade them?

In this topic there are the various paint programs used to draw new weapons.

This site shows you how to make mods without deleting the current settings.

To change the settings for the weapons, you can edit the weapons121 file, or you can use a weapon stat changing program (just changing the document is a lot easier).

The editors I know of are First! by Karaffka, PHP weapon editor by EnEsCe, and Weapon Modder by Pixofied.

NOTE: Pixofied's weapon editor requires .NET Framework 2.0

You should check out this page from Mark's Pixel Art Tutorial if you want to learn more about shading.

Hm. If you are reffering to the editors, they link to the downloads, not to the forum describing it. A popup asking if you want to download it should appear.

If the soldatforum links don't work, that's odd.

Anyway, all the editor links there are here. If that doesn't work, go to Fan Apps, then the Fan Apps List.
