Not vehicles, although I'd like to see helicopters:
Pretty much, the realistic camera (can't see other player behind you, etc) cross with normal mode, so none of the recoil or falling damage is there.
Pretty much, I'd like to see this put in, because I constantly find myself playing realistic, but hating it because of the recoil and easy damage, etc.
