How can I make a video from a demo?

What settings are best to extract bmp from a demo.
Can Soldat extract to png?

Bmp are huge!

Anyway... to mnake a video from a demo.

Get fraps 1.9 and record when you are playing the demo.

Then get Virtualdub to compress the recorded video :)

To convert bmp to png...

Open the bmp file then "Save As" > Png
