I don't like the menu items, they seem to dark in contrast with the site. Also it would be better in my opinion to not have the text inside the menu items, and instead place that on top of them. That would make the site faster to load and less strain on the server. I like how it is kind of cluttered personally. It would look better with the right filled with sponsors and all that but I'm sure that it will come. Otherwise good. Make sure it works on all major browsers.

Thanks jefflaure, I appreciate your input alot...yea it is dark, but i dono that was the design. also do you think those 20 small gifs would really kill my bandwidth or even effect load times, i mean im hosted in the states, and suppose most of my future teammates will be from NA most likely.
