Port forwarding trouble

I'm so frustrated.
I read over 5 tutorials on port forwarding and all i get is:

Now i'm sure that I have forwarded the correct port(as I saw in the soldat wiki):

First of all, the IP you used with the port tester is a LAN IP, not accessible from the general internet; you must use your external IP with the port tester (
http://www.whatismyip.org
will be of help)
Secondly, ensure that your internal IP is in fact correct; you will most likely need to set up your computer to have a static IP as well.
