Well, we all know that 1.3.1 was meant to be untolerable, but that was proved wrong. Certain sources of many members of MENSA (including ones that I have already mentioned to Flies) tell me that a new hair conditioning product is about, dubbed "anti-wang" conditioner. I've seen it used in hair salons, but it isn't that popular (yet...).
The "anti-wang" conditioner is designed to somehow disable any wang abilities that the opponents may have. The person using the wang (and I've seen this happen) can sit there and have moose sprayed at him, and still pop off a button (no fluke) with the tongs and without a problem. I managed to get the person stylised (as many players in the server were complaining..) but I saw more people using them in and around the 'Frisco servers. As well as most of California, the Wangmaster House, and a few small time barbers.
