Another Bullet Modification (Thinner Trails)

Similar to PaFel's (but done completely independent out of a request).  I just used photoshop's image scaler to decrease the size of the bullet trails.  The download and screens can be found here.

nice, i prefered 1.3.1 bullets, but those who liked the 1.4 bullets will enjoy this
