i make a server and every time it wants to register in the lobby server... 9/10 it says its going to try again in 2 min... whats up?

The new lobby has some serious problems.  The one you're talking about is likely a problem in the server itself and I am working with EnEsCe to fix it.  The problem should be fixed in a patch for the server, though I don't know when that will be out.

Many people are having this problem and it is being looked into.
