What Happened: As you all know, each new version strives to fix new bugs and improve game play, but new bugs are always created in the process. The number of bugs are naturally proportional to the amount of new features and fixes and since this is a very large update with several major changes the amount of bugs we're seeing is to be expected.
It's unfortunate that we couldn't find and fix all of the bugs that this new version created, but I hope you'll understand that we're actively working to ensure that everyone has a positive game experience.
How You Can Help:The Beta Testing team is small and the Forum community is large. Thus, we're depending on you to find and report any and all bugs you see. However, this process needs to be organized.
If you find a bug: First
USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION to see if anyone has already described the bug you found. If they have, post everything you found in
their thread. If the bug is unreported, you should create your own thread.
Where to report bugs: Start a new thread in the
Need Help? Report Bugs! section. Be as descriptive as possible: tell us if the bug occurs every time or if it only happens when you do specific things, then tell us what you have to do to make the bug occur.
What then: Keep watching your thread. We may have a solution to your thread and we can help you out. If not, then we can catalog your bug and fix it as soon as possible.
