so..there is still hacking...

i just played on a server and somebody was speedhacking with chainsaw flying around over the screen....
i thought the anticheat was made better/impoved?
anyone else seen somebody cheating in 1.4?

Yup. Also a speedhack. Somebody was quite suspicious for aimbotting, but I'm not sure.

Just because we use Battleye doesn't mean our servers are hack proof.

BattlEye won't apparently be protecting against any hackers just yet. Figure some hack program signatures or whatever the crazy system uses do detect hacks needs to be added first.

For future referance to MM and whoever else is involved in Soldat releases, I hope to see a server option added to where you see servers not only with a flag next to them but a BattleEye symbol next to the ones who are protected.

You guys need to realize BattleEye is a counter measure, nothing more. Even the most secure places can be hacked into. BattleEye is better then nothing.

the font is our best weapon against hackers.

Battleeye is sure as hell better then MM having to do anticheating stuff, it would be updated more often then every version. When it comes to hackers, you just need to make it a pain to do, so then they don't waste their time trying.

There's a little green badge with the letters BE engraved on it next to servers that have BattleEye enabled, if I'm not mistaken...

The problem is, whoever wants to hack Soldat is a person with no life and doesn't mind spending 13+ hours on finding out how to make your head invisible/unhittable.

i have already run into about four hackers. None of them were kicked and they laughed and typed in rude things. Some people are so annoying...

Im pretty sure hacking wont be completely stopped in the near future. but hopefully it can be greatly reduced.
