I have a bug :'(

And i dont get that "code". SO im asking you guys how can i fix this i have reinstalled restarted (the computor) and totaly removed (d*mn i lost me maps) the soldat folder.
Hope you can help. :)
EDIT:I dont use windows 98 im only using the least cpu eating settings.
