teammate frag with no freitndly fire, 3rd team on ctf

Hi, on Australian GameArena Soldat servers, there is an user ~SNOWY~that can:
* frags own team mates even with friendly fire off
* can create a third team on ctf and infiltration - wears a green shirt.
* kills everyone, distrupts play.

Can someone explain me, please, how is that possible. Is he a person that hosts a server???

If so, i have contacted Bigpond Game Arena team, to look into that.

Well known person; no, he has nothing to do with the server. What he is doing is not possible with Soldat as-is, but is possible with a hack. Since the forum has a policy on not discussing what it is he is doing, I'm going to lock this topic. Try to get a demo of him to send to GA, they can deal with him.
