I believe I made this around six months ago. A weapon statistics mod is included; notable changes include added start-up time to the MP5 (now a one-shot weapon), the M79, the Barrett, the Minigun, and the LAW. The bow is now an automatic rifle, with secondary being the attached grenade launcher. Some gostek and sparks files are included, as well a set of fire sounds. Just extract to the Soldat directory and run the mod parameter.

Edit – Fixed, although now the file size is 0.07 megs greater.

Sounds don't work, I downloaded this mod before and love it
but there seems to be a problem with the sounds when I try to unzip it..

What program are you using? I zipped them with 7-Zip under BZip2 compression.

Well, here is the old topic and link, but it's version 0.94, and this is 1.0, but the sounds are the same.

I use Win rar well the old download sounds work, these sounds are a little weak but ohwell i like the graphics more than anything nice mod a solid 8.5/10

Looks nifty. I've downloaded, and I'll let you know what I think once I give it a whirl.

Edit: Won't extract properly, neither with Windows XP's default zip handler, nor with WinRAR.

Yes, you love 7zip, we know. Stop expecting everybody else to use it. Post a proper version.

It has ten rounds of "gauss", medium ROF, and long reload time. Well, it's quite strong, but it's easily countered due to the long start-up time and the fact that you must crouch or prone to use it.

Just gave 'er a try. It's not bad, although System Decay is right about the somewhat weak sound effects. Also, the AK74 strikes me as overpowered.

The weapon names weren't modded, either... Is that normal?

I ran out of creativity; I might add names later. The AK has very high self-bink and low ammo with high reload time, so it shouldn't be that overpowered. If one weapon's overpowered, I'd think it'd be the LAW.
