Weapon Modding 1.4

I have copied my modded ini file (weapons) from 1.3.1 folder to the 1.4 one but when i play my weps arnt modded except for ussocom (which i fixed, but that started with 12 ammo but i set it to  60) None of the mods work and im pulling out hair over trying to figure the problem but i just cannot please help

You have to add a recoil value to the end of each weapon. Like so:

Damage=250
FireInterval=34
Ammo=7
ReloadTime=65
Speed=200
BulletStyle=1
StartUpTime=0
Bink=0
MovementAcc=1
Recoil=5
