Error getting servers in

Ok, whenever i join a public server it automatically puts me into spectator mode and I get out of it. Can I fix this, every server i go to done'st let me play, I can only spectate the matches.

IT DOESNT WORKS, IT SAY "CONNECTING TO SERVER" (FOR EXAMPLE 352.466.223) AND AFTER HALF AN HOUR ITS STILL 'TRYING TO CONNECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i guess
