I cant Make a server with any1 joining it!!
Ive tried everything. this is what i get .
i start up dedicated server. I go to options then network and change connection to internet then tick the register in
loby server i call it Swats Server . Then i go to start game and make my rules. (deathmatch no bots map = bunker) Then START GAME the top thing that comes up in the top left corner is 192.168.1.189 : 23073 GAME SERVER NOT REGISTERED then comes the stuff in the black box.

when ever my friend tries it it just doesn't work! He has tried my IP hes tried  the IP in top left and the IP in the black box!
It just doesn't work! It keeps on saying requesting server...
Please some1 help me.

Open all the ports you are using.

So if my port is 51000 i just tell him my ip which i get from http://whatsmyip.org/ and then i just tell him that and it should be ok?

Your friend needs to know your ip and the port, and password (lol). BUT, that port has to be forwarded. I think sometimes it works without forwarding (am I lying?) but it's better if you forward it. Also check that some firewall isn't blocking the port.
