Hello,
i play soldat for a long year, but since 5 month i can't (i use now a wifi modem). Iv got the same problem with the last 1.3, and i wainting the release of the 1.4 thinking the problem will be resolve... but no.
Problem observation:
* My game cant ping any servers of the lobby, i can see a still 9999 ping for all.
* I can join a server, and the game run well
* But it can't ping me. If i use the F1 key, i can see a 0 ping
* Aflter roughly 30 seconds of game, the server disconnect me with the only message "bayo disconnected"
I dont use any thing like firewall on my post or in my modem, and all network games i play with my wifi modem run well (Counter-Strike for exemple). So, i think there are a problem with the game.

I really love this game, I am really disappointed to no more be able to play with it.
