Just as a pointer, try to get your folder structure similar to the main Soldat folder. EG:
C:/Soldat
----->/Mods
------------>
/[My Mod] (Leave your weapons.ini in this folder)----------------------->/Sfx
----------------------->/Txt
----------------------->/Weapon-Gfx
----------------------->/Sparks
------------------------------->/flame
------------------------------->/explosion
----------------------->/Interface-gfx
------------------------------------->/Guns
----------------------->/Gostek
-------------------------------->/ranny
-------------------------------->/Team2
----------------------->/Textures
----------------------->/Objects-gfx
----------------------->/Scenery-gfx
Any folders you haven't changed, just ignore on the above list.
So long as everything is in the correct folders, it should work.
