When you use the Change Teams option to change teams from spectator mode, if the teams are even, it will only allow you to join Alpha team (in CTF or INF, only modes tested). If you try to join Bravo team, it will say that Bravo team is full, when there is still room for at least one player on each team. If you wanted to get on Bravo team, you would have to wait for Alpha team to have at least one more player than Bravo team.
