SOLDAT FLAW!?!

I was in the GA servers one day when a guy Shouted "Teams?" So i changed teams from bravo to alpha BUT SUDDENLY my character spawns on a another guy and my character follows and copys the exact movements of the guy. After I die, I spawn next to the guy and I got kicked when people thought I'm Hacking. Im not sure if its a Hack or a glitch so could anyone tell me what it is?

Yea, it's a glitch, very Annoying. I think it's just a spawn bug.

It happened to me too lately, way more often than before. And I got voted out for the same reasons (it was on a climbing server).
