Help with my font, I can't get it back to normal...

Okay, I've been trying to fiddle around with the font settings to get it back to the pretty looking 1.4 font. The only style I've gotten are the 1.3.1 fonts, which is still okay, but I really want the 1.4 fonts. However, the default font for 1.4.1 is squished and ugly looking. Can anyone please post the font settings for it? I'd appreciate it.

I want that font back, badly. I've been trying to fiddle around with this for a long time now. Can someone post the font settings that match that picture, please?
