DM Dreamland + DM Sector Z

 ;D Hahaha ok, so this map in terms of gameplay reeks something awful, but it really wasn't meant to be played (does that make sense?) I made this map as a proof-of-concept, before I tackle tougher subjects using the same technique. No sense in waypointing a map this small and open. The ledges are player-collision only so there really is nowhere to hide. I don't know if anything like this has been done before, so I wanted to share, in case it inspired anyone else to make something similar. For those that don't already know, this is kirby's stage in the original super smash brothers for n64. You should at least load this map up and run around at the bottom to appreciate the pixel perfect masking I did on those pesky flowers and the fences or whatever they are. Please share your thoughts....

edit: v1.1 now has waypoints and medkit/nadekit spawns, along w/ pointflag spawn. Bots are flawless when they are unharassed, but suck completely when you actually play against them.

edit 2: Might as well release Sector Z with this one. Same concept...

edit 3: Sorry for the poor quality of Sector Z. I'm not in the habit of releasing crap, but it was 3am in the morning and I was anxious to put it out. After a night's rest, I've waypointed the map and fixed the "sinking" look on the main ship, also changed the pylons in the space debris to only bullets collide, and put colliders at the bases of them. v1.1 is a much better version of the map.

are you gonna make all the super smash bros maps? i think it would be interesting to make an all melee server with just SSB's maps  ;D

If me and a few other good mappers, especially Wraithlike throw in a few maps from the Gamecube version, it'll even be better. Hyrule Temple FTW.

thats what i meant a server based on SSB, actually it would be better if there was a mod for it as well :D

The Kirby Land based map is too weird.  But the Sector Z map is nice.  I like how it has a space background and everything.
