An idea for how to start a sucses clan

i have an idea how to make a sucses clan....well here how i think of it and how it starts...
i started 2 times a clan (RUS) and {R.a.B} they were good clans but the players in them suck all started to play maplestory  instead of soldat so here what i sudjest

1)first find good players than wont betrade soldat and most of the time will be active
2)good sense of humor
3)a played that knows hes machine and how to surf the net(atleast knowage to use mIRC & forums)

so thats you all got to find first before starting a clan.
maby some knows that maby some dont but this comes to thoes who dont know...
plus the whole idea of this topic is:im searching for thoes players
to start our own clan and if it starts it will a sucses clan for sure!

A bit off topic: Is it bad if you are way better than your clan leaders? Cause I beat one clans leaders 30-12 then 30-9 in a 1v1... Wondering if that will affect how well I work with them...

Maybe you should have made one topic about your suggestions about clan management, and one about you looking for anyone to start a clan with. Since the title sais "An idea for how to start a sucses clan", people who is searching for anyone to start a clan with, might not look into this topic.

I will just drop in to lay a single suggestion for successful clan-building, because it's the main thing that I think that most people miss.

BE NICE TO OTHER CLANS!!!

When you get into pissfest flamewars with other clans, or kick them when they are down, or dance on their graves when they die, guess what happens?  Your clan has one less clan to fight against.

And when you have run out of clans to fight against, guess what happens?  YOUR CLAN DIES.

Point is - you should be as interested in building up and supporting the clans around you, as you are in your own clan.  That is the key to success, the win-win approach for everyone.
