Getting 'Not allowed weapon' messages

This is what happens when I "/kill 89" in-game.

I tried to type /kill any-other-non-existent-ID and didn't work.
And just happens when I am administrating in-game.

Nothing more serious happened to the server or to the players (like crashing or players getting banned) but getting this unstoppable message is terrible.

This message just stoped when I reloaded the configuration file. (/loadcon)

Is this a bug or ... what's is it?

It's a semi-bug; you shouldn't be killing nonexistant players lol. But needs some range checking for sure.

My goal wasn't to kill a nonexistant player, I was trying to kill player 8, then... typo
