You still haven't answered the rest of my questions.  If you're getting an auto-reply to your e-mails, then you're using the wrong address.  Use mm@soldat.pl or mm@forums.soldat.pl

I did and he sent me a message back saying, visit www.soldat.pl etc..

Anyways, to answer you're question, i went on google and searched for a while and i found this program: Dr. TCP, i followed instructions from website and fixed my ping(problem was with time stamping being off).
