Looking for a realistic ctf clan

Favourite weapons: HK/Deagals and a LAW
Played since: I'm not sure, about 4 months of regular playing. Only one month of this has been playing online, though.

Gamemodes: Realistc CTF/ Realistic CTF Survival
Rating of own skill: I'm really not sure. About 7/8 for capturing the flag (on non-survival) and 5/6 for killing.
I'd like to join a clan because I enjoy teamwork and tactics, which you don't get that much of on public servers.
I have msn and mIRC, and can speak good english, but no other languages.
