How on earth do you think we can help you with such a vague description as that? Take a screenshot, or at least type out what the error message is

Try deleting the polyworks folder then re-unziping the zip file to the exact same spot.

Hm... so that happens as soon as you try to run it, and it keeps popping up until you end the process? Are you trying out the most recent version? (.17 are the last digits of it)
