Waypoints...

Yea, I don't really know how to waypoint my map....I saw a waypointed map and there where lots of waypoints connected to each others....wich I don't know how to do...
 So could you help me on how to waypoint correctly ?
ps. don't redirect me to the tutorial from the user soap....I don't really have the time to read 50 pages, for only 1 simple explaination. I want to know ( how to inter-connect the waypoints). thanks.
       

........eee never mind, I just saw the imacheater2k7 tuto. and it solved my problem. :)
