My first Trench War map. It's not finished yet but I will work on it and post more screens.
I just want to find out whether it's good enough to "get a life" :D or should I forget about it.

Remember: It's only 10-15% done.

PS: I'll also work on the proportions :D

I dunno... the scenery doesn't look very realistic. Some image editor to tweak up the edges of the pics. would probably do well, but I don't know enough about imagery to suggest what tool can be used; the edges of the graphics just don't seem sharp and don't really blend well.

And for those three tank traps, use x.bmp. It works well :)

EDIT *smacks head* Thanks, E_A.

The X's are too near one to one, fix that. And the danger... don't likes me. The water effect is good. You should do the layout first and then put the Sceneries, then the objects and finally the Waypoints.

You should consider planing out your map first, like how many bunkers, healing points, trenches it should have, I usually do this in art at school, i doodle soldat maps or portions of that i'm having trouble making or tweaking. I suggest planing your map out first before starting it, and build your scenery around your map, not your map around the scenery. Good maps make good gameplay, scenery doesn't.
Lol, internets.
