how do i use mods?

I downloaded 2 mods, Starship mod and anthor mod, i used the soldat mod starter but i dident see them in the list. im confused, how do i use these? [Ruger]

Starship works different, i odn't know why is in config mode...

that one i don't know why contact with: Deadeye Rob (Starship Troopers)  and      57r1k3r (Advanced Warfighter)

Are you sure the mods are in the Soldat\Mods folder?
