Gdiplus.dll.......?

...when i try to make scenery in my maps (ive been having this problem for a long time) it says :

Error Clicking Scenery List
File Not Found: Gdiplus.dll

So now i cant make scenery...i was wondering if this is a common problem ive always been getting bad credit for the lack of scenery in my maps but i map anyway. So i want to give the crowd what they want but i cant.

 :'( help please?

I think it might be a polyworks bug, just like selecting and hovering your mouse over a scenery in the list then pressing 'space' causing pw to close.
