Remove guests being able to post.[UnFeature]

I dont know why this is on the forum, but guests shouldnt be allowed to post unless they mke accounts or something.. Heres an example: reply #2

that was almost a month ago...

Guests have never been able to post, here's what happened:
1) kid registers an account
2) kid posts like a kid
3) kid deletes his own account
4) kid's posts show up as Guest because his account no longer exists

I fixed this the day that I saw him delete his own account, people no longer have that privilege
