He's saying: Help, what do I do. I bought three registrations but I don't know what to do as I only recieved one registration id. What do I do, do I give the people the same key?

ass|reaper contact MM (Michal Marcinkowski) via his e-mail, or PM him here on the forum. If you ordered three copies then you should've received three copies if I'm not mistaken as using the same can lead to problems.

Actually, the way he said it could be considered correct.

It's just two punctuation marks away from being correct. He used ellipses to separate a complete thought and an incomplete thought that began in the first.
