So anyways, those of you who have played tribes, know thta a spinfusor disc follows a strait line and is not affected by gravity.

All of the bullets I have seen in soldat fall to the ground except for the M2 Bullet (I think?) but whenever I set it to a gun I dont get a bullet, and the point where it hits is on the ground.

A Spinfusor disc moves relatively slow and strait, like that of the SPAS cluster, except in a strait line.

Is there anyway I can modify this to make the bullet move strait?

If anything, I would like to use the M79 Shell, hand animate a blue explosion, and make it so that it takes about 80% of your health instead of the M79's 100%.

Not possible. Arrows have the flattest arc of all non-stat-gun projectiles but they still fall to the ground. :|

So then with the stat gun, why doesn't it allow me to see the bullet? And why isn't there an image for it in the weapon-gfx folder?

"Bullet.png" is the weapons-gfx file for the stat gun bullet (it doubles as the bullet trail for the M79 and frag grenade). Also, it is tied to the Stat gun so any other weapon using bulletstyle 14 won't show the graphic. Ditto with weapons using bullettypes that aren't universal (shotgun pellets, missile, M79-nade, nade, cluster, cluster-fragment, arrow, flame arrow) such as a Bow using bulletstyle 1.

I think it would be wicked if Micheal released an app that gave modding the game a little more flexibility.

Like maybe a new bullet type creator. Are there any plans for anything like this?

Yeah, it would be much better on every server thats rpg like. escpecially avarax's server

I've always agreed that there should be more modding possibilities in Soldat.

Btw: Soldat is propably easiest game to mod but if MM could do this he could do some more things.

One of the main reasons i still stick to soldat is because of the modding. More capabilities = beast.
