Yeah... if I were to take a wild guess at where you got all of the inspiration for this map from, I'd venture to say ctf_Equinox (tunnels), ctf_Kampf (spawns, big plain hill), ctf_Chernobyl (central "armory")... and for the top-center, htf_Arch (camping corners).
The colors are very bland; you didn't bother to light up the polygons that are struck by light in the tunnels in the way ctf_Equinox had its own. The layout is very weird and flat. The background color doesn't match (try something more ctf_Kampf-like), and the metal-dirt multitexture looks out-of-place. Sorry, but it just doesn't click with me at all...
