spam(ish) forum?

Obviously not a crazy ultra spam board
But if someone wants to make a topic that doesnt meet 'The lounge' standards can be posted in the 'spam board'
For 'half baked' ideas if you get my point
Sorry if this has been denied before, I haven't got enought time to check through 18 pages of suggestions

Why don't we just ban all the people who have these stupid ideas, then both problems would be fixed.

because that would open a can of worms that would result in you being tossed out as well!

This request is very similar to the "Bash Pit" we used to have.  We got rid of it over a year ago and the forums have been better off for it every day since then.
