Rules are good, I swear the zombie forum I used to go to... EVERYONE had a big animated signature... made reading posts a chore.

The browser was designed to handle html and static images. It does quite well in that department. Animations, flash, javascript, java and audio just slow things down. The web was always and has always been a static information medium.

There is no room on the web for slow media. Heaven forbid someone might come to the forums to read text...

was it allthingszombie? There were shitload of people with 3 hour long gif animations, or some very pretty zombie stuff, like ripping a man in half and stuff.

I've seen horrible forums where people had several images in their signatures that were 640x480 or bigger. I don't understand how they don't see that it's bad.

Soldatforums is so clean and I like the rules we have.
