Forwarded ports correctly this time.

Okay, so I followed the tutorial to get my static IP and everything was going smoothly until the last step. My internet started to not work. It says if you can not open up web pages that you most likely have the wrong DNS servers. However, I am sure that I have the right ones considering I called my ISP and they told me the exact same ones I had. So I do not know why my internet did not work after I did everything correctly. If anyone has an suggestions it would be very much appreciated. Thanks. Sorry about the little bit of a double post, but I figured that this is like a completely different topic.
This is the tutorial I followed to get the Static IP.

You need to make sure that you choose an IP that isn't assigned via DHCP to another computer on your network.

And how do I make sure of that? Maybe choose the 5th static IP option? I really don't know.

Your router should allow you to change the starting DHCP address as well as the maximum number of DHCP addresses that may be assigned.
